Crewing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• You will be liaising with vessel manager to ensure adequate crews are planned to operate vessels.
• As a detail orientated person you will be maintaining accurate crewing records
• Ensuring all documentation is up to date.
• As an excellent communicator you will work with recruitment agencies and third parties for vacant positions.
• You will be confident in coordinating and running interviews and assessments.
• Happy to develop and implement crew training programs
• Ensure all crews are competent and up to date with the latest regulations and best practices, and to deal with any disputes or grievances that may arise across the crew.
